Suspended below the star are some feathers and knotted jute. Blue and black striped feathers, brown tone feathers and royal blue ribbon are sewn into a light blue fleece tube, with a little bell tied above. I knotted some jute rope, left several inches of loose ends, and tied this into the ribbon. The dowel is notched slightly at the end to prevent the ribbon from sliding off.
The dowel measures 12 inches (30.48 cm). The length of the hanging portion of the cat toy is 33.5 inches (85.09 cm).
This toy has been fully tested by the fluffy residents of The Cat Farm and has held up well. Please bear in mind that no cat toy is 100% indestructible as kitty playtime roughness does vary.
