this piece is part of the Millenary Team of Etsy (MOE) ASCOT CHALLENGE. long black curly pheasant feathers, curled huge ostrich spines, and a slight touch of veiling all on a sinimay base. the base is covered with guinea feathers. there is a wonderful black silk peony right in the front to finish off the piece.
