The top is a pleated chiffon topped with super soft satin that has ecru color lace cut-outs appliqued to it. The detail is awesome and it's a great little piece.

Panties: pin size hole in back, 3 tiny dark spots on front
Top a few spatters (very small) spots that I haven't tried to treat. You almost can see them they are so well hidden in the folds of chiffon
