It is approximately 12 inches wide and 18 inches tall. It is 1 1/2 inches thick. Hangs on your wall with a single nail or can be propped on a shelf or mantle. It is painted black with stone white lettering (no vinyl) and has been distressed to give it that vintage, shabby chic look! It has been sealed with a poly to protect it for years to come.
