The chain passes through the tip of the branch which allows you to adjust the length of the piece. The bird and branch are durable and tarnish resistant rhodium plated brass with a matte finish. The necklace closes with a sterling spring ring clasp.
Chain and fittings are solid sterling silver. The chain is a nice weight and is very sturdy. The total length of the necklace is a little over 19".
