The waist is gathered with an elastic waistband, making this a comfortable garment. The waistband looks finished, so it can be worn as a slip, or as a skirt, over leggings or tights.
The hemline is finished off with a rolled hem, and there is either an eyelet flower with a white button center, or a simple white satin ribbon and bow added to the seam between the tiers. If you would prefer the flower to be removable to use with a ribbon necklace or as a hair clip, just contact me at the time of the sale & I'll personalize it for you.
