Banner measures:

Banner is made using premium cardstock in alternating colors and digital design. Each pennant is tied together using ribbon and tulle making it flexible to hang and easy to fold so you can cherish forever in a memory box. Whales are layered using pop dots making them "pop" right off the banner.
