Do not be fooled by the delicate feminine appearance. I have had one on my bike for over a year now and it is standing up very well to use.
The bicycle must have a fender on the back wheel and a chain guard. Each skirt guard comes gift wrapped with fitting instructions included with every order.
The Femme Fatale is made of polyester netting fabric that has some stretch. All edges are finished and reinforced with elastic ruffle trim. It is attached to the bike with heavyweight round elastic that is drawn up and secured by a cord stop on either side. It will fit a range of adult tire sizes 26 – 28 inches. Shown on a 26-inch wheel.
All are machine washable in cold water, hang to dry. I can treat them with Scotch Guard to protect against grease and dirt on request.
Each skirt guard is made in two parts that snap together on the chain side. A bike lock can be inserted through the wheel at that point.
