This wonderful vintage tin noisemaker with a cheerful clown was made by Kirchhof, Newark, N.J. This is an early noisemaker (Kirchhof began making them in the early 1900s), with a carved wooden handle. The clown is in bright primary colors, and the noisemaker is labeled on the sides: Kirchhof Newark, N.J., Made in U.S.A. on one side, and "Life of the Party" products on the other.

The noisemaker is in very good condition, with a few scratches and a little discoloration. The handle is a little loose but still very usable.

Size: 4 inches (10 cm) in diameter
