This beautiful Mary Poppins Jolly Holiday dress is cut from WHITE satin and covered with WHITE organza. The sheer sleeves and neckline are edged with a RED ribbon accented lace. The two-layered skirt is very full and beautifully floats through the air. The skirt is accented with RED satin bows. The RED corset sash is accented with white satin piping in front, it ties into a big RED bow in back. The WHITE satin hat is decorated with iridescent organza.
