You will receive about 2 oz of the steak seasoning in a sealed bag, with a topper that includes an ingredient list and directions on the back.
We prefer to massage the rub into the meat up to 4 hours before you start cooking. Then, cover the meat, pop it in the refrigerate it until you're ready to light the grill or turn on the stove. If you're wanting a more intense flavor, apply a second coating with a splash of olive oil.
