At 54" long, you can wear this piece as a necklace, looped once or twice around your neck; or wrap it six or seven times around your wrist for a show-stopping bracelet. I chose the name Trevelyan for this piece because I made it while on a trip to Kentucky to visit my Dad's homestead, a beautiful farm set in the rolling hills with a little creek running from one end to the other.
There's no pattern to this piece, but just for fun I included a few bands of a single color, a few stripes, and even some spirals - all randomly placed among the mix of beads. The ends are joined in an "invisible" join, so there's no clasp or closure.
