This knots sampler was custom designed for a class I taught last year at Squam Art Workshops in New Hampshire. A few of these printed cloths are leftover and available for you to purchase here and stitch in whatever colors you choose. From the french knot, to the bullion stitch and beyond, this sampler will help you learn a bevy of decorative knotted embroidery stitches.

It arrives ready to fill in. Please note that this item is not embroidered, but ready to be embroidered by YOU. The pictures show one way to fill in the design, but you can choose whatever colors/threads you like. I recommend using either size 8 perle cotton or DMC embroidery floss. For stitch directions, I recommend the Embroidery Stitch Bible by Betsy Barden.
