After stamping with my handmade stamps and forming, I cut out 4 holes in the platter to attach the canning.
I used two striking gloss glazes of nutmeg and copper red that shows off the stamping on the pieces.
Fill with food and serve from the handmade cane handle. Dazzle your guests, and be known as the perfect gift giver, of beautiful handmade pottery.
Food, microwave/dishwasher, and oven safe up to 500 degrees for the smaller plate. Do not put the cane handle in the microwave or oven.
Platter is 10 1/2" x 10 1/2" and is 7" to the top of the handle.
Plate is 6 1/2" x 6 1/2"
Made from high fired stoneware in a cone 10 reduction kiln, can be used indoors or out.
