It zips up the front and has a pointy shirt style collar, short sleeves with fixed banded cuffs, princess seaming and three set-in box pleats on the front of the skirt.
The original matching fabric belt is included and the sewn in loops in tact.

This is marked a size 16. I generally wear a size 8 - 10 as far as dresses go and this fits me. I'd estimate this to be a medium; probably comparable to a modern size 8.
