I placed a yellow brass rivet to reinforce the hole for the bail. The antennae are copper, the bail is oxidized yellow brass. The lobster clasp is also brass.
The pendant is suspended from ultra soft suede lacing and features my own handmade, pure copper bead.
This necklace measures approximately 22 inches long. The pendant measures 1 inch long by 1 inch wide (including antennae). The edges have been filed and sanded smooth for comfort and the back of the butterfly has also been sanded and filed smooth for comfortable wear.
The photos don't do this piece justice! It is shinier than the photos show. There is a soft, golden glow. This piece is an artisan piece and is one of a kind.
