**These make wonderful bridesmaid gifts and will come gift boxed.
Because of the paint and steel cut gem you cannot wash these buttons. They will rust from moisture trapped in the button. The Victorians would remove such buttons before laundering their clothes(wow).I have however brushed cleaned this button.
These are gorgeous parts of history. The secrets they know and stories to tell. I feel a wonderful connection with the past when I hold one of these beauties.
