Vintage 40s Check Print Lace Detail Peter Pan Collar Day Dress

Adorable cotton day dress with the most lovely detailing. Rounded peter pan collar, lace details on the front bust and hip patch pockets, puffed cap sleeves, buttons up the front, elastic high waist, knee length full skirt. Not sure what the fabric is, lightweight and breathable, but has a slight sheen to it.
Condition: Has a few flaws- a hole on the waist seam and a seam is coming out of the pocket. It's an easy fix, I just haven't had time to sit down and do it, but it's still a lovely piece! Totally wearable.
