Inspired from my grandmother's knitting pattern she had knitted for me many many years ago.
I prepared a sample of the same scarf.
This is a very good example of traditional Turkish lace it is called "elti eltiye kusmus" which means "sister-in-law is offended to sister-in-law". Elti is the name given to sister in laws in Turkiye. And sister-in-laws generally don't get along well with each other, brothers get along well and cannot be separated.
So this pattern is designed with back to back figure which is also in unison.
