Each postcard is 4.25 x 5.5 inches. They are printed with a high gloss coating on the image side, and a light gloss on the writing side, but it is still matte enough to be very friendly to fountain pen ink.
Sorry, does not include the fountain pen or a stamp! The last photo of the current U.S. postcard rate stamp is to show how nicely the stamp fits inside the design frame. :-)
