Pneumothorax! Yes, it's a disease, but also the name of this lovely winged mouth. As my favorite word, I think it deserves several definitions. In this manifestation, pneumothorax is all joy. She flies over a background of green, pearl clouds dangling overhead. Set in typewriter keys and accented by wire-wraped clouds.

The chain is a gorgeous antique with delicate filigree detailing.
