I embossed both sides in a leaf pattern. Set a small gold-tone eyelet with a white ribbon and chocolate brown beads at the top. At the bottom, I affixed a pressed Lung Wort flower and sealed it with a UV protective sealant. (It is the flower you see in the picture). Since these flowers are limited to Spring, I have a limited number of pressed Lung Wort available. Even with the UV protectant, flowers will fade some.
Lung Wort flowers only come out in the Spring and they are usually multicolored pink and purple-blue. Once these bell shaped flowers fade, you have a rounded mound of exotic looking spotted leaves. They are a good hardy plant for a border or flower bed and they will spread. Because of the nature of pressed flowers and leaves, there are no two alike. You will receive the bookmark in the picture or one very much like it. The flowers may be positioned slightly different.
One last thing, you will notice that there is a gold initial in the picture (the "K" is only set there as an example). At checkout, leave a "note to seller" what letter you would like on it and I will be happy to add it to the bookmark! It is currently as you see in the pictures.
This bookmark measures 2" x 5 1/2" and will come in a clear protective sleeve for shipping! I hope it becomes a favorite alongside your favorite book! :)
