This isn't a mass-produced commercial photo - it's a private photo taken at someplace like Sears. This photo probably came in wallet sizes!
With frame, about 9" x 6.5". Very good vintage condition, with a little mark to the right of his head.
I simply will not part with this for less than $175.00.
