Crystal Tote Bag - Waxed Cotton
Large shoulder tote bag made from 100% cotton waxed canvas. Straps are made with raw belt weight leather. The bag has a round shaped bottom made from 72 triangles and stuffed pyramids giving it a crystal like structure.
Approximately 18" wide and 15" tall. Arm straps are 22 inches long and 11 inches deep. Side strap is 42 inches and detachable. Natural raw leather colour.
The lining is black 100% linen with one zippered pocket and one patch pocket AND an added drawstring top with cotton cord and metal aglets.
The waxed cotton is made in new york city by the same family for seven generations. wax used is food and pharmaceutical grade, and is completely non-hazardous.
Care Instructions:
The wax finish makes it water and soil repellent. if it gets dirty don't wash or dry clean just sponge off with a wet cloth.
As you wear the bag in it will develop a beautiful aged patina. you can re-wax as needed just like a coat.
This bag is handmade by me in my montreal studio so please allow 1-3 weeks for production and shipping.
