Type has obviously been used, some more than others, as the blocks are varying shades of ink-stained wood and some still have a little ink dust or splatters on them or ink residue in the nooks and crannies. This set has a lovely shiny patina that allows the wood grain to show through. The blocks may have a few nicks or scratches, only adding to their vintage charm!
