The tank style bodice has a scoop neck and pintucked placket at the center accented by a row of decorative teal buttons. The waist is elasticized and it has a slightly a-line shaped skirt with patch pockets at the hip, each featuring matching pintucking detail.
This was separated from it's belt at some point but the sewn in loops remain.
