The image of the light bulb has been a long standing icon for an "idea". This unique piece is another tribute to a simple household item that has been with us for many generations. Inspired by the same spirit as Professor Alexander's Botanical Vasculum, Conception is a visually striking piece from any angle and is sure to start many conversations.
The base, constructed of piano-finished rosewood and accented with metallic highlights, supports the elegant copper root system that seemingly feeds life to this one-of-a-kind moss terrarium.
This creation also features unique light effects. With a flick of a switch, one of the small rocks in the landscape mysteriously glows - evidence of an idea about to hatch.
Featuring a 150 watt bulb, the entire piece measures 5" wide x 9" tall. Battery operated so will light up anywhere. Flat cell battery is included.
These terrariums come to you PRE-ASSEMBLED and are packed with care and will ship via USPS Priority Mail to most* locations unless requested otherwise. My packaging is designed to avoid shifting of the terrarium's contents. I will also include a small gardening tool since your terrarium may need a little tweaking after it’s been unpacked.
Your terrarium will need no maintenance since I use only preserved moss.
