This is a handmade paper banner, from my original illustrations. Nine different colorful birds hang delicately from strong mint green silk cord. Some are in flight, some sitting up, some resting.This banner would look beautiful in a bedroom (perfect for a child or grown up!), or as a party decoration. They look wonderful hanging from trees in the garden too.
The birds are digitally printed on tough 110lb card, and each measures roughly 5 or 6 inches in length. The entire banner is approximately 5 feet 3 inches long. Birds are cut out by hand and then sturdily attached with glued tabs to the cord. Cord has a loop at each end for easier hanging. As each piece is made to order, length and size can be customised somewhat. Thread can be mint green, red, or black. If you would like the banner to be a different length, and for birds to be closer or further apart, it can be done! Just mention it in the notes to seller.
Everything in my shop is made to order, so please allow ten days for dispatch. If you need something extra quick just convo me before ordering and we'll try to work it out! I am also always happy to take custom orders.
Garlands come in handmade packaging (making them perfect for a gift, as well as stopping them from tangling!), and are shipped in a sturdy cardboard envelope so they wont bend.
