Spring Blossom, Vintage German Glass Button Necklace

This vintage pressed glass button is from Germany and features painted flowers on a spring green colored button. The button is self shanked and I have set it in a silver plated filigree and attached to an 18" silver plated chain. The button with filigree measures 3/4" and dangles 1" from necklace.

Some of these buttons are over a fifty years old. These are gorgeous parts of history. The secrets they know and stories to tell. I feel a wonderful connection with the past when I hold one of these beauties.

Please handle these with care as they are glass and very old.
