YOU MAY
•Use our products to create items for resale which are for personal use, scrap for hire and scrap for others.
•Event planners: you may use our products to create and print up to 150 cards, invites, menus, and other party supplies.
•Print on demand: you may use our products to create items for your print on demand store. Extended license fee applies.
•Etsy type store owners: use our products to create PRINTED (no digital) designs for your Etsy or any handmade store.
•Embroidery: you may use our graphics to create up to 100 (one hundred) physical embroidered products for resale.
YOU MAY NOT
•Sell our original files or sell our products "AS IS" in all cases they must be modified by adding a fair amount of work to make your own unique design.
•Use our products to create new commercial use products or new designer tools.
•You may not include any of our graphics in layered templates, PSP tubes, or photoshop actions (even if it is used to "create" actions).
•You may not make freebies with our products, you may not share them, loan them, add them on Ebay type of sites CD collections.
OTHER LIMITATIONS
•Do not use our products to make a similar product, for example do not make brushes with our brushes, or overlays with our overlays.
•Do not add our brushes or custom shapes or on a transparent overlay or solid color layer to create patterns and overlays because they will be so easily extractable that it would be like selling our original files. You can always add them in a way that they will not be extractable, for example distressed or just integrated into your design.
•Do not use our layer styles or seamless textures to create solid papers or textures, since that is also like selling our original files.
