It must be! I'm crazy over the Union Jack. Here is my wonky interpretation of the icon.
This is for a paper pieced pattern. This PDF contains the pattern for a 4"x6" wonky Union Jack.
It does not have paper piecing techniques - this is for an advanced beginner and knowledge of how to do this is strongly recommended. It is broken into several pieces and you will need to match seams. If you have not done this before, I recommend using an online tutorial or book.
This pattern is perfect to make into an applique. It would be adorable on a bib or burp cloth for your latest British Invasion. You could quickly quilt and bind this into a fabulous postcard. So many fun possibilities! I am using my test sample in an art quilt that will be listed later this month.
