Resizing:
I am usually happy to resize bracelets and necklaces, free of charge, when the nature of the design allows for it. Please inquire about the size you need prior to purchase.
Packaging:
Each item is carefully packaged in a gift box with colorful tissue paper and a gift bag, then placed inside a bubble padded mailing envelope. It will make you feel special upon opening it, or it will be ready to go if you are giving the item as a gift.
Shipping:
This piece will ship USPS first class in the U.S.A. with delivery confirmation and insurance. I will wait for your cleared payment, and then it might take me up to two business days to get your item in the mail. Delivery by the post office is usually 2-5 days after that.
Canadian delivery is via priority mail international with insurance. Depending on your area, there may be custom fees due upon arrival.
Returns:
