The Keep on Swimming Foundation was started in 2004 by Ashley Brear while she was undergoing treatment for Hodgkin's lymphoma, as a way to help raise money for cancer research and support for people with cancer and their families. Ashley chose the phrase “keep on swimming” to help keep her morale up while battling the disease.
Many of us face challenges, health or otherwise, and the motto “keep on swimming” is there to remind us to keep strong in the face of the things that life can throw at us. You can buy this ring to remind yourself to be strong while also giving hope and support to others who are fighting cancer. Everyone wins!

Size of ring:
The Keep On Swimming ring is thicker than the Simplified Resolution Ring. It is approximately 2mm thick, 1.5 mm wide and is custom made to your size. You can tell me your size and any other details in the "note to seller" when you make your purchase.
Location of text:
You can choose to have the inscription on the inside or the outside of the ring.
Additional text:
