This plump, plush 16 inch pillow is covered in soft, gray eco-felt (environmentally friendly as it is made of recycled plastic). The numbers are embroidered on the red felt clock face. The hands of the clock are riveted to the pillow (for safety), and are made of a tough but flexible plastic hybrid. Nothing sharp to put an eye out, but sturdy enough to endure curious little hands.
I researched the design and materials carefully as I put this pillow on the drawing board. The result is safe, environmentally friendly, engaging, interactive, and educational. That's a lot to pack into a nice soft pillow.
