I didn't realize this was a traditional Pennsylvania Dutch design when I first saw this towel - I just knew that the pattern was striking and beautiful and snatched it up. I also didn't know how darn cute it would be once I finished transforming it into a bag! If I didn't already have enough bags in my own personal collection for at least 20 people, I'd keep this one :) Even though is a vintage towel, the fabric is in excellent condition and should stand up to years of use and washing. It's also plenty sturdy with a fusible interfacing and heavy duty cotton webbing handles. It's paired with a really cute black and white polka dot lining fabric for a fun accent, and is waiting to become your new favorite bag!
