I'm nuts about horses, so this pattern was a natural. Either whimsical or hooked like your favorite horse, there are lots of possibilities using plaids, checks or a variety of wools. Yarns of all varieties can be used for the mane and tail, as well as for the reins. Twig legs give it a folk art feel. It's small enough to use up your wool scraps. Each side of the horse is hooked, cut out, hand-sewn and stuffed. Mane, tail and twig legs are then attached.

Size of finished horse: Stands approximately 9" x 9".

This kit comes in a bag and consists of: Pattern on monkscloth, 4 twig legs, ear pattern and detailed instructions with photo(s).

NO WOOL IS INCLUDED WITH THIS KIT.

All kits are drawn on monkscloth. It is soft and easily folds when sewing. Patterns are drawn with permanent pens and are always drawn on the straight of the fabric.
