(1) First Name Only or Three Initial Monogram(FIRST, LAST, MIDDLE) to be embroidered
(2) Font Choice(Name)
(3) Thread Color or "Seller's Choice"

**NOTE**
Please make sure you have the correct spelling of the name to be embroidered. Whatever you have in the "note to seller" box is what will be embroidered. Please contact me as soon as possible, if you realize you misspelled the name to be embroidered. I will make a note of the change quickly.
