The picture of the plant is representative of the plants available. It is not in bloom. I have several ready at the same time and which ever one is the healthiest and strongest will be the one shipped. They are growing in 1 oz cups and are starter plant size. The plant for sale is not in bloom, but are of blooming size. If one comes into bloom at the time of shipping, that's the one I will ship.
One of my hobbies is growing African violets. I have a collection of over 1000 plants with 150 different cultivars. Collecting African violets is addicting.
Semiminiatures: grow to be 4-6" across and require a pot of 2 1/2" or so.
The boring details:
NEW! I am now passed to ship African violets to the following restrictive states: California, Idaho, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, and Washington.
I will combine items for one shipping price. Violet plants and leaves can ship together. Because the spring has been so warm so early, I've gone back to summer pack. 10 plants and unlimited leaves can ship for one shipping price. If the weather should turn colder, I will hold the plants until I can ship summer pack or you can pay $4.00 more for the winter pack.
I guarantee live delivery of plants. In case the plant somehow becomes unsuitable for sale or shipping, I will notify the winner and make arrangements for another plant, type of plant, or refund. The care you give them determines if they survive and thrive and there are no returns on the plants. Any refunds made will exclude the cost of shipping.
If the plants arrive too damaged to survive ( a few broken leaves or spilled soil is not too damaged to survive) a photo is required for refund. Seller will determine if a refund is warranty
Plants are shipped well protected and insulated. I use USPS Priority Mail.
Domestic shipping only, no international shipment
My plants are inspected by NYS Ag. & Markets and I am a licensed grower.
I love sharing information on growing African violets and welcome any questions. I want you to be happy growing these plants. They are so much fun. Careful though, they are addicting.
