An 8oz. (Half Pint) jar of Organic Apricot Jam. This ancient fruit is one of the oldest cultivated fruits in the world. This jam has a perfect balance of tart and sweetness which lends itself to baked goods, cocktails and especially savory dishes! Once or twice Julia Child has exclaimed, "What would the French do without apricot jam?!". Apricots are especially healthy, being full of antioxidants, beta-carotene and fiber.

Grown in Stockton, in California's San Joaquin Valley on a 2nd Generation family farm of immigrants who employ old world techniques to their fruit cultivation. Their farm is organic with no artificial fertilizers and definitely no pesticides.

It is delivered through the USPS, Priority Mail (delivery in 2-3 days for most locations). If you would like a combination of more than 10 jars, please contact me and I will create a custom order for you. I have about a 1 day turn around after your payment clears until I ship.
