This prefold fitted diaper insert is made of a double layer of diaper material. At one end there is a piece of microfleece to put towards the babies bottom, at the other end there is a piece of zorb material put in a pocket and sewn closed. They are all serged together. You fold the end that has the piece of zorb material in first, then fold it again and then top w/ the microfleece, which is to keep moisture away from babies bottom. You have 7 layers when folded up, but it is not stiff and bulky, it is very soft and pliable. They also stay in place inside the diaper covers very well, which do not have the front and back pocket, so if you do not wish to have the flip/pocket diapers, you know they will work!

They are not made to pin on, it is to just lay inside the diapers that I make and will fit from one end to the other and the width of where the babies bottom is.

I have this amt on hand:

Newborn: 7 approx size when folded up: 11" x 4 1/2"
Small: 3 13" x 5"
Large: 6 15" x 5"

When you wash it you have just a double layer of material to wash, not 6 or 7 layers thick. Wash in warm or hot water and also dryable in dryer. No Fabric Softner or they won't absorb!

I will make and send them according to quantity and size and it will also save on S&H if you order directly from me. Since I am making them different sizes, I do not have alot of them on hand as to not make alot of one and you need another size, I would prefer to make them to what you need so there is no material wasted. If you order my Pocket Diapers and diaper inserts together in an order, I will make sure they fit the Pocket Diapers or the Diaper Covers you are ordering. Thank you!
