Keep track of your workouts and training with this awesome CrossFit Chick 5.5" x 8.5" journal! The card stock cover and heavyweight text paper adds durability with the added protection of a plastic cover. The spiral bind allows the book to lay flat so you can read your workout or record results easily as you're doing it. The first page starts with an initial assessment of your fitness and also allows for a progress check. The next 8 pages are for your benchmark workouts, workouts that you plan on repeating occasionally as a way to check your own personal fitness progress (think 5k, max weight dead lift, named WODs from CrossFit, etc.). The rest of this 76 page journal gives you space to write down your work out as well as the results and goals you have based on your performance. There are 3 spaces per page for you to record your work outs. There's something awesome about being a CrossFit Chick so show it off.
