Modeled after the traditionally shaped mixing bowls of yesteryear, which we admire very much!
Porcelain, decorated with stripes in aqua/blue green; the creamy white you see is the natural claybody colour under the clear glaze. The chickens are made by screenprinting black overglaze, then firing them onto the ware. Our name is on the bottom so you know who made it and where it's coming from :)
Measurements are approximate:
► 7 1/2 inches in diameter, 4 1/4 inches in height, and the weight of it 3 1/4 pounds - So it's not going anywhere if you use this to mix with! It holds 1.5 quarts, or 48 fluid ounces.
Our glazes fit our claybody (no crazing or cracking) so rest assured you can put the ware in a dishwasher & use in a microwave.
