This item will start shipping early August through September and will be assembled in the order in which they are purchased, so the earlier the order is rec'd, the earlier it will ship. If you choose the Installment Option (DETAILS at the bottom of the listing) please keep in mind, that I will not begin construction until the item has been paid in full, therefore it will make for a later delivery date.
Installment option is not available for Halloween items after May 15th

The "Hat n' Boots Collection© is a design I Created as a Whimsical Alternative to your Everyday Floral Wreath. The Wreaths consist of a Hat, legs, outfit and shoes, all combined to give the Illusion of a Character inside the Wreath.
(ALL of My "Hat n' Boots" Listings are made with My Own Patterns", I NEVER use store bought hats...My Hats, legs, shoes(with 2 exceptions-Soldier-Golfer) are always hand constructed and embellished as well as MOST of the ornaments)
There are MANY that have attempted to "copycat" the Hat n' Boots© Character Wreath Design,but please note that "Petals & Plumes" is the ORIGINAL creator of this Design.
There may be a few substitutions such as ornaments/ribbon or flowers that may vary depending on materials on hand, but I am using the same patterns as used in these photos...
This listing is for another one of my Signature "Hat n' Boots 2012©". THE NEW VERSION as shown in the FIRST /Main photo is what you will receive...It does include a broom and extra pumpkins.... This year I added a bit more color to the Primitive Witch and ALSO added her a little friend, a CROW with a Matching Witch Hat.
She is made on a grapevine base, with hand constructed Hat, Legs, Skirt and Shoes. She can go from late Summer, through Fall into Halloween and Thanksgiving with these colors...sooooo much fun to look at...
This ONE is sure to catch anyone's eye who passes by.....BUT if this is not the right one for you, I will have NUMEROUS more coming up...
I always strive to make my Custom pieces as perfect as the original so please check my Feedback on Custom Order listings. If I need to change out small items such as fabric or a flower, I always let you know first. I also email photos upon completion prior to shipping on ALL NEW Customers...If you are a repeat customer and waive this option, that is fine, just let me know.

All of my Wreaths are constructed using silk/artificial flowers, sometimes a few dried pods(will mention if I use natural materials) ..assembled using Floral wire, floral tape, Steel Picks and Hot Glue. I do recommend that the Wreaths be displayed out of direct weather such as Snow/Rain, Extreme Heat/Humidity and Overexposure to Sun to prolong the look of the wreath and avoid damage... Since All of my wreaths have Hand Constructed items, I do recommend they be displayed ONLY under a protected awning or porch away from harsh elements... When Shipping these wreaths, I custom make the box to fit the wreath. The box consists of a bottom and lid, and the wreath will be carefully mounted inside to prevent any moving during the shipping process. I provide insurance on EVERY item shipped and a photo will be sent upon completion for your approval prior to shipping... This box can be used to store it away also...(DO NOT store in Attics or Garages, they should be stored in a climate controlled area to help preserve the wreath)
