I use 3 strands of strong, durable yarn for the base (shown here in spruce, lime, fir, olive and more; please let me know which colors you'd like for the base of the throw I design specifically for you).
Then I add foot long, thick, beautiful fringe on each end.
There's quite a bit of stretch in the throw to play with during photo shoots. If this blanket is not stretched at all, then it's 2 feet wide (stretches to 4 feet or more wide) and 3.5 feet from fringe tip to fringe tip.
I have hundreds of different colors and textures of yarns, so please feel welcome to ask for a custom color combination!
