This ethnic batik -like print dress in rich blues, white and black has a very full three-tiered skirt with a ruffled hem. Dress comes with a long matching ruffled wrap.
Material is a high quality crisp cotton with a sophisticated hang. Can be worn during the day with flats but is better suited for the evening with strappy stilettos.
