This unique design allows for two different looks, so it's like having two aprons in one! There are two layers, when the top layer is down it looks like a simple retro style half apron with a lovely full circle skirt, and the underskirt acts as a petticoat adding fullness. But simply attach one or both of the buttons on the overskirt to the loops along the waist, and the underskirt peeks out as the scalloped hemline frames the underskirt in delicate drapes. There's one handy pocket on the side, easily accessible whether the overskirt is up or down.
The length of the apron is about 20", the waist is 25", and the ties are 28" each.
