This listing is for a non-refundable DEPOSIT for one of my lovely custom phone cases!! :) When your case is all finished I will make a custom listing just for you with the remaining balance.
When I get a custom order deposit, we will talk about what kind of things you want for your case. You will even get to help me choose what kind of deco parts to use!
After I get all of the information I need, I order the supplies. It can take ~1-2 weeks for the supplies to arrive. When the parts have all arrived I create your custom case! This takes hours to do. I usually split this up over a few days. After everything's done I let the glue dry/cure for at least 24 hours and check to make sure everything's secure :) As you can see I put A LOT of work into each item. It's important to know that this process takes time. If you don't want to wait, I sometimes have premade deco items in my etsy shop.
I will keep you updated throughout the process, answer any questions and send pictures. Communication is very important to me.
Shipping:
I ship my decoden using priority mail only. The small flat rate boxes are the perfect size and sturdy enough to assure the deco is safe. I wrap the items in bubble wrap and in lots of tissue paper. I automatically purchase a tracking number. If you would also like insurance, let me know!
Pricing:
Prices are determined by materials cost. The case itself, rhinestones, glue and mostly deco parts. The cost of the deco parts vary and some colors are easier to find and cheaper than others. I also use glass rhinestones, they are super sparkly and pretty and don't look cheap. If you have a little extra to spend and want something super luxy, I can use Swarovski crystals. For Swarovski crystal orders I can provide pictures as proof of Swarovski.
Payment:
I determine the total price based on what you'd like! I accept payment through my etsy shop (custom listing), Paypal and money order.
If you fail to make payment on the remaining balance, I do not return deposits, and the item will be put up for sale in my shop or I will personally find a buyer. Future orders placed may be required to pay full price up front or denied. I put a lot of time/money/effort into my work and I hold the right to refuse my services for any reason.
Returns/exchanges:
Because of the custom nature and how much money I put into supplies I cannot accept returns and exchanges. I have no control over what goes on in the post office and when your item is in transit unfortunately. BUT please report any problems to me within 30 days of receiving your item. I will do whatever I can to make it better!! Plus reporting problems helps me with future orders, it makes me better :)
Proper care and instructions:
I create my deco to be strong, things are not supposed to fall off. But things happen and sometimes they do. For this reason I always include a small baggie of extra rhinestones just in case. These are complimentary with your custom order and will not be replaced free of cost if lost/damaged/etc. If anything does fall off, simply use an epoxy/jewelry glue to reattach. Never use superglue to reattach fallen rhinestones. This will permanently damage them by causing them to fog up (no more sparkle! :( ). Again I put in a lot of effort to make sure everything is strong and in place, but it's best to still treat your items with love and care!
I don't recommend leaving the deco in a hot car/direct heat, washing or using harsh chemicals/abraisives to clean it. I do recommend leaving the case on your phone as putting it on/taking it off too much can potentially wear down the clips on the case, which could eventually cause the case to not stay on properly. If you must remove it, do so carefully. Doing this can raise the risk of damaging your case! I recommend using a cell phone opening tool/pry bar if you must remove the case. You will receive ONE complimentary pry tool with your custom order. I do not replace these free of cost if lost/damaged.
If your case becomes damaged/worn, I do offer a repair service.
Disclaimer:
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don't let your kids play with deco. My work is normally brightly colored and very sparkly which can really get a child's attention. Sometimes the pieces look like toys, candy or foods.Again, please don't let your child play with it, especially unsupervised. If you're charging a phone in a deco case keep it out of reach. The same goes for any of my accessories. I cannot be responsible for making sure your kids are safe!
