I spent a lot of time working this one out, then right at the end noticed a mistake - plus I was running out of yarn. Doing as my fav Architect says, I turned both into design elements
Will fit a 21.5" (54.61cm)to 23" (58.42cm) head circumference.
This is wool, so hand wash cool water, dry flat.
