This earring holder was designed to store a large collection of earrings, up to 72 pairs.
Bamboo furniture board was used to make the main body of the unit, because Bamboo is a very durable, hardwearing material. It is comparable with hardwoods such as Walnut and Maple, but much more sustainable and eco-friendly.
The bamboo has been treated with ProNature Table Top, a natural coating that doesn't contain any ingredients which could cause harmful emissions, like formaldehyde or aromatic solvents, which could increase the risk of cancer.
The laser cut panels that slide into the unit are clear to make it easier to see the earrings you are looking for. There are slots instead of holes to hang the earrings, to provide for hook and post back style earrings.
A mirror on the front of the unit makes it easier to try on your earrings right there.

***If you are wondering why I have this seemingly unrelated item in my store, here is it's background. The first version of this earring holder was designed during a university project to design any type of storage product. Since I'm obsessed with earrings, I was aware of the lack of products to store more than a few pairs of earrings and this was my solution. Using the first prototype myself showed me how to improve it. This was the first product I created to sell. I later fell in love with sewing and am concentrating on my handbags at the moment.***
