There are more shop policies, under the appropriate heading- but here are some high points.
I do a lot of custom work- wedding sets, belt buckles... Lots of stuff, just send me a message about what you are thinking.
I stand behind things- if they break- I can usually fix them, if you want a different length chain- I can do that, ring sizing... Etc. Problems don't come up often, but I am happy to work with you to make your item just right.
All items are shipped USPS priority mail, with delivery confirmation. This is done within 7-10 days of your order.
If you pay with a money order or a check, I'm going to wait for it to get here and clear before I ship the item.
